If your order arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right with a simple replacement or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll your charts and place them back into their original protective shipping tubes to ensure they are not creased during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the tube and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
